Ingredients

  • 2 tbs white miso paste
  • 25gm butter melted
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 6 loin lamb chops
  • Furikake (Japanese rice seasoning)
  • Limes, halved for serving

Asian Salad

  • ½ Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 spring onion chopped
  • 200gm frozen edamame blanched
  • 200gm snow peas, thinly sliced lengthways

Dressing

  • 1 large lime juiced
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 tbs furikake (Japanese rice seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat BBQ or chargrill pan with lid to high heat
  2. Combine miso, butter and soy sauce
  3. Brush the chops with the sauce
  4. Cook lamb on BBQ or grill
  5. Cover with the lid and frequently brush with remaining marinade until cooked - approx. 2 mins each side
  6. Cover with foil and set aside to rest
  7. Arrange salad and lamb on a serving platter
  8. Drizzle with furikake and serve with lime halves

Salad

  • Put all salad ingredients into a bowl and toss together

Dressing

  • Combine ingredients and pour over salad
