Dolmades

Ingredients
Tzatziki
- 750 gms of Greek yoghurt
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, deseeded and grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Dolmades
- Vine leaves washed (you can buy these in a jar)
- Southern Blue Fin tuna slices cut into small squares
Instructions
Tzatziki
- Strain yoghurt overnight through a piece of gauze or chux wipe
- Combine all ingredients gently
Dolmades
- Spread each vine leaf with tzatziki
- Lay a piece of tuna over the top
- Roll the vine leaf up into a small parcel
- Continue until all vine leaves are used
