In this episode of ‘Out of the Blue’ the two Michael’s look at the then and now of the South Australia’s fishing industry.  

They head south to Victor to fish with Pirate Sea Charters and west to Streaky Bay to meet a solo professional fisherman.   They meet a family who processes SA’s fish, knock up some dolmades and Adam adds spicy Kingfish to his favourite pasta dish. 

Then they visit Fair Fish, a company set up to support local fishers at Port Adelaide.
