Tagliatelle with Butter, Cheese and Balsmaic Vinegar
The region of Emilia Romagna is credited as the home of Tagliatelle, Reggiano Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar. In this recipe, featured in Adam's Pasta Pilgrimage, Season 1, episode 10, Adam combines all three in a meal of simplicity yet sumptuous elegance. Ingredients
- 1 packet San Remo Tagliatelle
- 50gm butter
- 100gm grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese
- Balsamic De Negris vinegar
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta in boiling, salted water.
- Melt butter in pan
- Add parmesan and mix through
- Drain pasta and toss through butter and cheese mixture
- Season with cracked pepper
- Serve drizzled with balsamic vinegar
