As the unofficial director, DOP, and chief interrogator (her mother would say pest , but with love), Alex brings humour, energy, and a fresh Gen Z sparkle to every episode.
A social media whizz and natural-born content creator, Alex has a flair for knowing exactly what the audience wants—sometimes before they do. Whether it’s a quick cut, a cheeky caption, or a perfectly timed question that drives Amanda up the wall (“Mum, what is a béchamel anyway?”), Alex’s presence has become an essential part of the Easy Eats charm.
She’s also a budding creative cook herself, gradually stepping out from behind the camera to share her own food ideas—often modern twists on the classic Italian recipes Amanda picked up during her travels.
